Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after your purchase.
In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).
After placing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email

A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the “View My Order” link included in your confirmation and shipping emails.
Please note: Tracking information may take up to 4 days after shipment to become active in the carrier’s system.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly. In some cases, your package may be held at the local post office even if you did not receive a delivery notice.
Important: The post office may hold your package for up to 15 days. After this period, the package may be returned to the sender. If this occurs, additional shipping fees may be required to reship your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellation
You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation by contacting us through our Contact form.
After this 2-hour window, cancellations are no longer possible. A refund may only be processed once the order has been fully returned to our facility in accordance with our Return Policy.
